Responsibilities

• ▹Lead cost-saving projects such as productivity improvement, cycle time improvement, and MMR improvement to meet company goals
• ▹Perform capacity planning and analysis to meet volume demand and maximize plant utilization
• ▹Maintain the IE database and lead IE-related system projects
• ▹Perform time study data collection and analysis, driving continuous improvement based on Lean concepts
• ▹Define production layout for high efficiency and ergonomics in Lean operations
• ▹Coordinate tool relocation and re-layout activities
• ▹Plan resources for direct and indirect labor based on production volume targets
• ▹Carry out material flow and process flow analysis, exploring opportunities to improve flow and line balancing
• ▹Validate automation performance and capability
• ▹Support IE in validating offline process activities (conversion time, kitting time, tooling preparation time) and improvement opportunities
• ▹Collaborate with Production, QA, Process, and Automation teams to achieve operations KPIs

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related engineering discipline
• ▹Minimum 5 years of working experience
• ▹Strong oral and written communication skills
• ▹Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to have

• ▹Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other analysis tools
• ▹Familiarity with AutoCAD
• ▹Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma
