Responsibilities

• ▹Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for a SAP ABAP development team focused on data migration
• ▹Contribute to product development, expanding and standardizing our service and tool portfolio (Natuvion DCS migration software)
• ▹Work closely with project management, business departments, and external partners to define requirements and priorities
• ▹Organize and steer technical support for customers in designing and implementing innovative IT solutions
• ▹Contribute to exciting future topics such as S/4HANA migrations and the introduction of new digital platforms (e.g. Powercloud, Salesforce)
• ▹Support the development and training of team members in ABAP and migration technologies

• ▹Initial leadership experience and passion for developing your team members
• ▹Enjoy working in agile, international teams on complex technical topics
