Responsibilities

• ▹Lead SAP Finance workstreams during S/4HANA implementations and migrations
• ▹Conduct business workshops and gather requirements
• ▹Design and optimize finance processes and system solutions
• ▹Support data migration, testing, cutover and go-live activities
• ▹Provide functional leadership and stakeholder management
• ▹Ensure adoption of SAP best practices and S/4HANA standards

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 8 years of experience as SAP FI/CO Consultant, Lead Consultant or Subject Matter Expert
• ▹Participation in at least 3 SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
• ▹Experience across GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Controlling (CO)
• ▹SAP S/4HANA Finance related certification
• ▹Experience in business process analysis, solution design, testing and deployment
• ▹Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• ▹Fluent Polish and English
• ▹Experience in large enterprise transformations
