Senior Data Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Take ownership of technical workstreams and set direction for how the company works with Fabric and AI
• ▹Shape the development of reference architectures and advisory concepts
• ▹Engage in client dialogue, spot opportunities, and translate needs into concrete solutions from early scoping through delivery
• ▹Contribute to maturing clients' platforms and organizations through workshops, roadmaps, and skills development
• ▹Help shape direction, quality, and ways of working both internally and with clients

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience with data platforms on Microsoft Fabric, including in-depth experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD
• ▹Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and make architecture decisions balancing quality, scalability, and governance
• ▹Experience facilitating workshops, advising clients, and driving dialogues that mature both platform and organization
• ▹Experience with consulting engagements, stakeholder management, and client skills development
• ▹Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to convey complex topics simply
• ▹Experience working in agile environments, comfortable experimenting responsibly with AI in processes and solutions
• ▹Fluent in Danish and English

Nice to have

• ▹Understanding of data governance and security for production-ready solutions
• ▹General experience with data engineering best practices and complex data pipelines
• ▹Experience with Power BI and DAX, plus Python and notebooks
• ▹Microsoft certifications such as DP-600 or DP-700
