Responsibilities

• ▹Build a robust, efficient software quality control process from issue discovery to resolution
• ▹Create an optimized Jira tracking system with clear workflows, dashboards, and automated reporting
• ▹Build collaborative bridges between V&V, software, hardware, and systems engineering teams
• ▹Ensure every defect is accurately documented, reproduced, and prioritized
• ▹Produce actionable status reports for leadership by monitoring defect trends
• ▹Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks
• ▹Build a root cause analysis framework for critical issues
• ▹Provide key metrics and closure summaries to the V&V team for release confidence
• ▹Maintain a central Notion knowledge base for quality control processes and best practices

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in software quality control, QA, or test coordination in a modern technology environment
• ▹Deep expertise with issue tracking tools like Jira, including workflow configuration and dashboards
• ▹Highly organized, able to manage a high volume of issues across multiple projects
• ▹Exceptional communication skills, able to facilitate cross-functional discussions
• ▹Proactive, adaptable mindset for a fast-paced engineering environment
• ▹Fluency in English required

Nice to have

• ▹Interest in robotics, defense, or automotive systems
• ▹Familiarity with Agile, V-Model, or hybrid development methodologies
• ▹German language skills
