Project Manager, Digitalization and Business Development

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead digitalization and business development projects from idea to implementation
• ▹Lead cross-functional project teams with participants from the business, IT, and external partners
• ▹Conduct needs analysis and requirements gathering in close dialogue with the business and IT
• ▹Plan and track projects, and report status to the steering group, project office, and other stakeholders
• ▹Ensure that system changes follow strategies, architecture principles, and legal/internal requirements (e.g. IT and information security)
• ▹Travel primarily between offices in Sweden

Requirements

• ▹Academic degree in project management, digitalization, or business development (preferred)
• ▹Previous professional experience as a project manager in IT and/or business development
• ▹Process knowledge in manufacturing industry
• ▹Experience with complex business and IT environments, e.g. ERP/PLM, digital workplace, information security, or infrastructure-related projects
• ▹Good Swedish and English skills, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience from the public sector or a larger organization
