Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure requirements analysis for further development of interfaces with external partners
• ▹Translate business needs into IT support through close collaboration between business and IT teams
• ▹Coach and upskill the client's own requirements analysts

Requirements

• ▹10 years of experience in requirements analysis and development in complex IT projects
• ▹10 years of experience analyzing and developing business processes and translating them into IT support and requirements
• ▹10 years of experience with information analysis, concept modeling, and information flows
• ▹10 years of experience working with agile methods to develop and evaluate IT solutions in close collaboration with business and users
• ▹5 years of experience working in an organization with high security and compliance requirements
• ▹Experience using agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
• ▹Fluent Swedish, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Communicative, able to explain both business and technical requirements to stakeholders with varying levels of expertise
• ▹Solid experience planning and leading workshops with different stakeholder groups to build consensus and well-founded solutions
• ▹Solid experience driving and developing agile processes in a project or team
• ▹Experience with requirements analysis in the public sector, ideally in deliveries involving multiple public actors
• ▹Solid experience working closely with other IT roles such as solution architects, developers, testers, and product owners
