Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the installation and configuration of Azure Red Hat OpenShift, including networking, security settings, and integration with existing systems
• ▹Work with development teams to enable and perform test deployments of applications on ARO
• ▹Analyze platform performance and identify improvements in optimization, scaling, and resource usage
• ▹Strengthen platform security and ensure regulatory compliance
• ▹Support internal teams in managing and maintaining both on-premises OpenShift (SDDC) and the ARO environment
• ▹Contribute to knowledge transfer through support, training, and documentation
• ▹Help build a sustainable container platform that can keep evolving over time

Requirements

• ▹Experience with OpenShift and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO)
• ▹Experience installing, configuring, and developing container platforms in hybrid environments
• ▹Good knowledge of network settings, security configurations, and integration with existing systems
• ▹Ability to analyze and optimize performance, scaling, and resource management in ARO environments
• ▹Experience working closely with development teams on application migration or deployment
• ▹Ability to support, train, and share knowledge with internal teams
• ▹Experience producing and maintaining technical documentation
