Senior Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop automated test environments and test strategies
• ▹Build and develop CI/CD pipelines related to test automation
• ▹Automate test processes and quality assurance in complex development environments
• ▹Drive improvement and transformation initiatives in the test area
• ▹Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high delivery quality
• ▹Evaluate and implement new techniques, tools, and working methods in test automation

Requirements

• ▹University/engineering degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• ▹At least 8 years of experience in test automation
• ▹Experience building and maintaining automated test environments
• ▹Solid knowledge of CI/CD and automated test pipelines
• ▹Experience with Java- or Python-based test frameworks
• ▹Experience from larger transformation or modernization projects
• ▹Comfortable working in agile development environments and cross-functional teams
• ▹Good communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
• ▹Very good Swedish and English skills

Nice to have

• ▹AI-based solutions in testing and quality assurance
• ▹Test strategy, test leadership, or quality work at the organizational level
• ▹Coaching or supporting teams in test automation and quality assurance
