Integration Specialist with EDI Experience

Randstad AB is recruiting an Integration Specialist for a valued client, connecting customer data platforms to global networks — from configuration and format development through testing and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and propose best-practice solutions focused on scalability, supportability, security, and efficiency
  • Conduct thorough gap analyses
  • Build and implement support for customers' file formats
  • Act as a stakeholder toward R&D in developing new services and solutions
  • Configure, test, troubleshoot, and implement customized solutions
  • Act as a technical resource in both local and global customer projects
  • Connect customer data platforms to the global network
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with different teams at the client

Requirements

  • University/college degree in systems science, IT, or similar, combined with some relevant work experience
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Analytical and quality-conscious
  • Ability to perform gap analyses and understand data-based requirements
  • Technically curious with attention to detail and a drive to keep learning
  • Good understanding of business processes/flows and technical data exchange
  • Very good English communication skills, spoken and written
  • Good Swedish communication skills, spoken and written
  • Successful background check (criminal record and credit check)
  • Hands-on experience with integration work
  • Experience with XML/XSLT
  • Experience with EDI (e-invoicing/orders)
  • Experience with communication protocols (SFTP, AS2, HTTPS, API, etc.)

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with or experience of tools and concepts such as PEPPOL, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Visual Studio Code
