Backend Developer at Insera

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop backend solutions in C# and .NET to handle large volumes of data with stable, efficient performance
• ▹Build REST APIs and integrations to ensure smooth data flow between systems
• ▹Modernize the existing architecture and improve scalability step by step
• ▹Work closely with frontend developers, SQL experts, and business consultants, and with direct customer contact

Requirements

• ▹Several years of backend development experience, ideally across different industries and technical environments
• ▹Confident in C# and .NET, with experience in REST APIs
• ▹Basic SQL knowledge and the ability to work with stored procedures
• ▹Team player who is humble and enjoys sharing knowledge
• ▹Proactive and curious about improving code and processes

Nice to have

• ▹Fullstack development experience or basic frontend knowledge (e.g. JavaScript, CSS)
• ▹Experience with systems in industry, the public sector, or analytics-driven businesses
• ▹Experience with AI and machine learning
