System Technician – Active Directory Focus

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage and develop Active Directory and related services, with operational responsibility
• ▹Upgrade, troubleshoot and configure systems
• ▹Provide support to the business and to other IT teams
• ▹Perform system monitoring and relevant technology/market monitoring
• ▹Actively contribute to improving the processes and routines that govern the work

Requirements

• ▹Relevant post-secondary education or certification, or equivalent proven knowledge
• ▹Experience managing Active Directory and related services
• ▹Knowledge of automation and scripting
• ▹Several years of IT operations experience as a system technician
• ▹Good Swedish and English skills, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Previous experience working at a government agency
• ▹Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
• ▹Experience and knowledge of client- and user-related Microsoft Azure and 365 services
• ▹Used to managing applications and clients
• ▹Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange on-prem
• ▹Experience with Microsoft cloud solutions
• ▹Previous management responsibility for AD
