Responsibilities

• ▹Support customers with consulting, conceptual design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors EC
• ▹Manage SAP SuccessFactors EC projects, including resource and time planning and budgeting
• ▹Take a consulting and leadership position in projects, steering project teams on the technical side independently
• ▹Design customers' HRIT landscape together with them and act as the primary contact for HR questions
• ▹Support the further growth of the Employee Central business area and contribute to winning new customers and projects
• ▹Guide and support juniors on their development path
• ▹Support and advise customers in operations and in ongoing or new projects, from concept to rollout, release management and continuous optimization

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in at least 2 SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects from project initiation to go-live, or several years (4+) of SuccessFactors experience
• ▹Employee Central certification
• ▹Responsible, efficient project leadership and team management
• ▹Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills with customers
• ▹Committed team player who is responsible, goal- and solution-oriented and resilient
• ▹Travel is not an obstacle
• ▹Very good German
• ▹Good English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Additional SuccessFactors module certifications
• ▹Knowledge of SAP ERP HCM
