Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Write code on non-critical paths, review PRs, and pair with engineers on problems
• ▹Own a product area end-to-end (e.g. card issuing, payments, onboarding) together with your team
• ▹Build a team culture with high autonomy and psychological safety
• ▹Scale the team by hiring people who raise the bar and helping team members develop
• ▹Work with product leads and stakeholders to shape what gets built
• ▹Communicate priorities with the wider business and estimate work accurately for the roadmap
• ▹Spot and clear blockers before they derail delivery, and help engineers level up
