Principal Front End Developer

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and mentor the Front End team, driving technical excellence and adoption of AI-native development workflows
• ▹Architect and oversee the front-end ecosystem, guiding company-wide strategy for UI development, accessibility and scalability
• ▹Liaise closely with the developer team (backend and product) to ensure architectural alignment
• ▹Architect and implement complex, high-performance SPAs while championing agentic coding workflows

Requirements

• ▹Expert-level frontend development skills
• ▹Strong proficiency in backend development and APIs
• ▹Excellent development experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, backend technologies and testing tools (tech stack: React, Playwright, Vite, Node.js, Java, Spring)

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in aggregation businesses or open banking
