Responsibilities

• ▹Fix tracking end-to-end so marketing decisions are based on reliable data
• ▹Decide where the data function invests across engineering, governance, analytics and product analytics, what gets built and staffed first, and what waits as Hostinger scales
• ▹Carve out space for open-ended data science exploration, not just answering questions already asked
• ▹Own data quality as a discipline: build the checks and standards that catch bad data before it reaches internal data users
• ▹Build data literacy and self-service tools so other teams can find answers on their own

Requirements

• ▹Experience operating at millions-of-customers scale in a subscription, consumer or high-volume product business, with data impact quantifiable in revenue or decisions changed
• ▹Strong technical background in both data engineering and analytics: built data pipelines and done hands-on analytical work, understanding the full data lifecycle
• ▹Track record of building high-performing teams: hiring, developing and growing data talent
• ▹Judgment under scarcity: balancing quick wins with long-term foundations such as governance and infrastructure, and prioritizing
• ▹Strategic, results-driven mindset: connecting data work to business impact and influencing decisions, including with senior leadership
