Senior Product Manager - AI Learning (Lesson Insights)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the Lesson Insights product end to end: strategy, roadmap, execution and results, across learners and tutors, web and mobile
• ▹Ruthlessly prioritize what feedback to show, when and how, so learners actually act on it
• ▹Connect per-lesson insights to progress over time, working closely with the Progress squad
• ▹Bring tutors into the loop by designing for both sides of the marketplace
• ▹Drive reach by scaling Insights to other languages
• ▹Drive engagement and feature retention through useful and engaging design so users check their insights after every lesson
• ▹Pull your own analyses on how learners engage with feedback, what drives repeat usage and where the experience falls flat

Requirements

• ▹Substantial experience building consumer-facing, mobile-first products with frequent, habitual use, with an eye for design and detail
• ▹GenAI / LLM product experience: shipped LLM or NLP products at scale, able to discuss trade-offs (evals, hallucinations, quality variance, latency, cost)
• ▹Genuine curiosity about learners and tutors
• ▹Deeply data-driven: go into the data yourself, find the signal and build a point of view
• ▹Solid grounding in A/B testing and experiment design, and reading results correctly
• ▹Strong communication: turn complex, ambiguous work into a clear point of view that drives leadership-level decisions
• ▹Bias for action: quick, lean hypothesis testing, ship the MVP, learn, iterate
• ▹Comfort with ambiguity: make fuzzy things measurable and drive alignment on what good looks like
• ▹Experience with learning languages

Nice to have

• ▹EdTech or learning science background (CEFR, assessment, feedback design)
• ▹Experience with unstructured data (text, audio, transcripts)
• ▹Experience with habit-forming products and behavioural psychology
