Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze and optimize clients' business processes, developing tailored solutions
• ▹Conceptualize business process flows and implement them system-side in internal and external projects
• ▹Implement SAP Waste and Recycling or SAP IS-U solutions in client projects
• ▹Provide strategic advice on adapting processes to client needs
• ▹Accompany and shape process changes and improvements
• ▹Take responsibility for customizing SAP solutions
• ▹Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions to ensure quality
• ▹Organize client training and provide post-implementation support
• ▹30-40% travel readiness depending on project phase

Requirements

• ▹Completed university or technical degree in business informatics, business administration, industrial engineering, environmental management, or a comparable field
• ▹Independent, structured working style, keeps overview under pressure, flexible
• ▹Proven independent project work as an experienced consultant, willingness to take on a sub-project lead role in larger consulting projects
• ▹Confident client handling, clear and convincing communication at all levels
• ▹Solid project management and business process analysis knowledge, good time management, initiative
• ▹Solid SAP knowledge in modules SAP IS-U, EDM, meter/device management, PM, SD, MM, FI, or CO
• ▹Confident with MS Office (Excel, Word)
