Responsibilities

• ▹Analyzing large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• ▹Designing, defining, and monitoring core business KPIs
• ▹Partnering with product, marketing, and business teams to translate business questions into structured data analysis
• ▹Delivering clear, concise, data-driven insights through presentations and reports
• ▹Developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks for self-service analytics
• ▹Conducting ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives
• ▹Ensuring data quality and integrity, collaborating with data engineering teams

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience in a similar data-driven role
• ▹Strong experience working with KPIs and OKRs
• ▹Excellent working knowledge of SQL
• ▹Familiarity with Python and BI/data visualization tools
• ▹Strong knowledge of ETL data pipelines
• ▹Strong knowledge of A/B testing
• ▹Familiarity with Airflow
• ▹Understanding of relational database and data warehouse principles
• ▹Strong analytical skills, proactive and self-driven
• ▹Great communication skills

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience with machine learning
• ▹Relevant knowledge or experience in the gaming industry
• ▹Working knowledge of Python
• ▹Experience with Airflow and Metabase
