Responsibilities

• ▹Active participation in ideation sessions to concept new, differentiated market offerings
• ▹Coordinating team members and collaborating with partner stakeholders to define strategic success criteria and business/venture objectives
• ▹Designing profitable new products, brands, and services, as well as new business models and ventures
• ▹Shaping growth and go-to-market strategies for new products and ventures
• ▹Crafting design-driven market and competitive analyses
• ▹Crafting financial models establishing what needs to be true for revenue growth and venture success
• ▹Shaping operational resource plans informing strategic hires and financial planning
• ▹Developing and leading experiments, producing insights for strategic roadmaps
• ▹Establishing deep partnerships with cross-functional team members

Requirements

• ▹Highly strategic, detail-oriented mindset
• ▹Experience in financial modeling, competitive analyses, and creating growth strategies
• ▹Testing value and growth hypotheses from low to increasing live fidelity
• ▹Ability to develop deep understanding of a partner's business
• ▹Strong relationship- and trust-building skills with internal and external decision-makers
