Responsibilities

• ▹Own the roadmap for your pod: define what gets built, kill low-leverage work, protect engineers' time
• ▹Write specs that start with the problem, not the solution, with clear success criteria
• ▹Participate technically: read the codebase, debug independently, ship small things yourself
• ▹Own QA end-to-end: test plans, regression passes, release sign-off, post-deploy monitoring in Sentry and Grafana
• ▹Keep the pod moving with fast decisions and async-first communication
• ▹Close the feedback loop between customers, data, and product direction

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, startup or high-growth environment
• ▹Hands-on technical background: production code, a bootcamp, or ability to navigate a full-stack codebase
• ▹Comfortable reading Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; able to write SQL and reason about REST contracts
• ▹Proven QA ownership: test cases, regression cycles, structured bug reports, release sign-off
• ▹Daily fluency with Claude Code or equivalent AI tools
• ▹Strong written communication
• ▹Available in EST
