Responsibilities

• ▹Act as the primary technical lead for project implementation and ongoing support
• ▹Collaborate with project managers to scope technical requirements and create implementation plans
• ▹Write comprehensive technical documentation, including network diagrams and procedures
• ▹Implement and configure IT solutions per project specifications and best practices
• ▹Train internal support teams on newly deployed systems and tools
• ▹Track and monitor project milestones for successful, timely delivery
• ▹Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining technical excellence
• ▹Provide hands-on troubleshooting and timely resolution of technical issues

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of hands-on experience with IT infrastructure project implementation
• ▹Industry-recognized certifications preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 & AZ-801), Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Fortinet NSE4 & NSE5
• ▹Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
• ▹Strong proficiency with Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Suite (OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online)
• ▹Bilingual in English and French (required)
