Responsibilities

• ▹Support clients remotely or on-site in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Business Central, focusing on finance modules like General Ledger, Accounts Receivable/Payable, and Inventory
• ▹Lead and assist with projects following the Dot App methodology, developing and optimizing financial processes
• ▹Support data migration and design client-specific software modifications in collaboration with the development team
• ▹Promote the software's features to drive additional sales and services, maintaining ongoing client relationships

Requirements

• ▹Experience implementing ERP systems in manufacturing, distribution, or service sectors, or working in an internal accounting role using Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV)
• ▹Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and their application in business software
• ▹Ability to troubleshoot and resolve product application issues
• ▹Strong communication skills, fluent in English
• ▹Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel
