Asset & License Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Maintain accurate asset inventory records, including lifecycle status, location, and usage
• ▹Monitor and maintain software licensing compliance, including tracking installations and usage and managing license keys
• ▹Work with vendors and suppliers to purchase hardware and software products, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and budget limitations
• ▹Manage vendor relationships to ensure service level agreements are met
• ▹Assist in managing the asset and licensing budget, including tracking expenses, forecasting future expenditures, and reporting on budget status to management
• ▹Continuously evaluate asset and license management processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions
• ▹Collaborate with other IT teams and departments, communicate with stakeholders, and provide training and support to end-users on asset and license management policies and best practices

Requirements

• ▹Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• ▹Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and other data analysis tools
• ▹Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• ▹Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
• ▹Experience in budget management and financial analysis
• ▹1-2 years of experience with data analysis and reporting using Excel or other tools
• ▹Upper-intermediate English
