Responsibilities

• ▹Lead discovery sessions with client stakeholders: capturing requirements for cash flow, inventory, settlements, and production operations.
• ▹Describe operational chains: cash flow, inventory, procurement, sales, settlements.
• ▹Compare alternative platforms, develop a requirements matrix, and justify the optimal solution for the client's scale and budget.
• ▹Develop a data migration strategy: reference data, counterparties, product catalog, financial balances.
• ▹Configure business logic using low-code/no-code tools.
• ▹Write user stories for the development team, participate in sprints, and validate modules.

Requirements

• ▹3+ years automating accounting, operational, or management reporting in the SMB segment.
• ▹Hands-on experience with at least two different accounting platforms.
• ▹Understanding of SaaS architecture: extending functionality via API and no-code without touching the core.
• ▹Knowledge of Ukrainian accounting: sole proprietor tax groups, general-system LLCs, VAT, cash register systems, client-bank.
• ▹Knowledge of warehouse accounting: batches, FIFO/average cost, receivables, settlements.
• ▹Ability to visualize processes in BPMN 2.0 (Miro, Visio, or similar).
• ▹Willingness to travel to clients.

Nice to have

• ▹Experience as a freelance consultant or at an integrator company.
• ▹Experience in Scrum teams (Jira, Confluence) as a Product Owner or system BA.
• ▹Experience automating assembly production in SMB systems.
• ▹English at B2 level.
