Responsibilities

• ▹Strategic platform leadership: identify leverage points where teams lose time and turn them into a clear, prioritized roadmap
• ▹Treat tech debt as a deliberate choice, making technical calls that reduce friction and let product teams ship faster at higher quality
• ▹Own the platform's security posture, surfacing and closing platform-level vulnerabilities before they become incidents
• ▹Oversee the developer platform and internal tooling that lowers cognitive load for stream-aligned teams
• ▹Oversee the AI platform: model gateway over external providers, eval infrastructure, agent frameworks, LLM observability, safety controls
• ▹Oversee infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps: reliability, scalability, cost efficiency
• ▹Oversee the frontend platform: design system, component library, shared build tooling
• ▹Oversee the backend platform: shared services, APIs, data infrastructure
• ▹Oversee quality engineering: test automation, eval frameworks, quality standards
• ▹Set architecture and technical standards across the engineering org
• ▹Mentor engineers and managers, supporting their development
