Responsibilities

• ▹Participate in implementation and support projects for workforce and time management solutions
• ▹Support customers before and after go-live, including training, workshops and testing
• ▹Gather, document and analyze business requirements (BRD, SDD)
• ▹Design and implement configurations tailored to client needs
• ▹Work flexibly across both implementation and support engagements

Requirements

• ▹Experience with SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Tracking or WorkForce Software Time & Attendance
• ▹Mandatory certification in SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking or WorkForce Software Time & Attendance
• ▹Strong experience managing client communications and gathering requirements
• ▹Excellent interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with the WorkForce Software Scheduling module
• ▹Knowledge of SQL or Oracle databases
• ▹JavaScript knowledge
• ▹Familiarity with other workforce and time management solutions (ATOSS, UKG/Kronos, SAP CATS, ADP eTime, EC Time, Ceridian)
