Senior BI Product Owner - Remote

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage the full product lifecycle: requirements gathering, customer engagement, product roadmap
• ▹Prioritize, manage, and refine the BI backlog; participate in and lead sprint ceremonies
• ▹Manage escalations from multiple stakeholders and proactively communicate expected delivery dates
• ▹Identify resourcing needs and gaps to improve overall team velocity
• ▹Deliver training and advocacy through live walkthroughs, recorded videos, and documentation
• ▹Promote new features to internal client-facing teams and directly to customers

Requirements

• ▹At least 7 years of experience in a System or Product Owner role, partnering with IT/development teams across time zones
• ▹Considerable experience with SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts
• ▹Demonstrated experience managing third-party applications and IT vendors
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• ▹Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• ▹Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Process Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• ▹Strong planning, organization, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with integration of embedded BI tools
• ▹Data warehousing experience in a multi-tenant environment
• ▹Agile Scrum experience, including vertical slicing of features and user story refinement
• ▹CEO-level engagement
