Contract Senior Content Designer

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead content design across client engagements through content strategy, UX writing, and information architecture
• ▹Translate ambiguous product and business goals into structured content models, messaging frameworks, and scalable content systems
• ▹Write and adapt content to meet client needs, balancing brand voice, user experience, and business objectives
• ▹Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate content into the product development process
• ▹Define and deliver key content artifacts (audits, taxonomies, content models, voice and tone guidelines) and facilitate workshops

Requirements

• ▹4+ years in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, ideally within an agency environment
• ▹Thrive in fast-paced, multi-client settings, comfortable navigating ambiguity
• ▹A strategic approach to content, with experience in content modeling and information architecture
• ▹Experience working with CMS platforms
• ▹Strong collaboration and communication skills
