Responsibilities

• ▹Support Q2 donor engagement KPI data collection and compile summaries for stakeholders
• ▹Support creation of a donor engagement dashboard and automate KPI analysis for future quarters
• ▹Support rollout and uptake of new global volunteering surveys across multiple countries
• ▹Track incoming survey responses
• ▹Support communications and donor insights work as capacity allows (monitoring partner mentions, organizing funder-related news)

Requirements

• ▹Only available to GYE employees (internal gig)
• ▹Approx. 3-4 hours per week for 3 months
• ▹Ability to combine independent work with regular check-ins
