Product Designer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design complex clinical and patient-facing experiences end-to-end, from flows to implementation-ready UI
• ▹Be the voice of the user throughout the product development process
• ▹Improve UX quality across the platform, identifying friction and inconsistencies
• ▹Make research more structured and impactful, establishing repeatable usability testing
• ▹Bring quantitative and qualitative data into the design process
• ▹Champion accessible and inclusive design, applying WCAG principles
• ▹Contribute to the evolution of the design system with an eye on AI-readiness
• ▹Explore AI tools within the design workflow

Requirements

• ▹Strong end-to-end product design skills, from discovery and wireframing to implementation-ready UI
• ▹Systems thinking, understanding how design decisions affect the broader ecosystem
• ▹Excellent product and UX instincts, able to simplify complex workflows
• ▹Highly collaborative approach working closely with Product and Engineering
