Senior Python Engineer

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and maintain backend services using Python
• ▹Build high-performance APIs, primarily with FastAPI
• ▹Develop and optimize data models for scalable applications
• ▹Work with cloud infrastructure, especially Azure
• ▹Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform
• ▹Containerize and orchestrate applications with Docker and Kubernetes
• ▹Integrate data workflows with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or Airflow
• ▹Develop real-time data pipelines using streaming technologies (Kafka or Kinesis)
• ▹Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver robust solutions
• ▹Ensure quality, performance and scalability best practices

Requirements

• ▹Minimum of 8 years of professional experience with Python
• ▹Hands-on experience building APIs with FastAPI
• ▹Strong knowledge of Terraform, Kubernetes and Docker
• ▹Solid data modeling knowledge
• ▹Experience with Databricks, Snowflake or Airflow
• ▹Experience with Azure Cloud platforms
• ▹Strong experience with streaming technologies, especially Kafka
• ▹Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• ▹Knowledge of distributed systems and microservices architectures
• ▹Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
• ▹Experience in large-scale cloud-native environments
