Responsibilities

• ▹Partner with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to understand their decisions
• ▹Use AI to compress synthesis and create insights connecting different views of the business

Requirements

• ▹2-4 years in an analyst, insights, strategy, or consulting role with exposure to more than one function
• ▹Fluency in at least two of: commercial (revenue, retention, GTM), financial (P&L, unit economics, FP&A), operational (throughput, fulfilment, cycle time)
• ▹A genuine AI-native working style; already uses LLMs as a core part of thinking
• ▹Strong written and verbal storytelling skills
• ▹Comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools

Nice to have

• ▹Working knowledge of SQL
