Responsibilities

• ▹Set the North Star: craft a bold, multi-year product vision anticipating where Salesforce and the AI-powered enterprise are heading, from Agentforce to Data Cloud and beyond
• ▹Build the team: recruit, mentor and inspire a world-class product organization across DevOps, data management and security
• ▹Obsess over customers: engage directly with admins, developers, release managers and security leaders to turn their needs into products they champion
• ▹Ship things that matter: drive the full lifecycle for capabilities like Git-based version control, AI-assisted code review, intelligent backup and recovery, and zero-trust security
• ▹Stay ahead of the platform: turn every Salesforce release into an opportunity rather than a fire drill
• ▹Win the category: outmaneuver competitors through deeper market knowledge and a distinctive story
• ▹Be a force multiplier: partner with marketing, sales, success and AppExchange/SI partners

Requirements

• ▹10+ years of experience as a product leader, including 3+ years building and leading PM teams
• ▹Deep Salesforce platform knowledge, including experience debugging deployments and working with governor limits
• ▹Track record shipping DevOps, ALM, data protection or security products that customers genuinely love
• ▹Ability to paint a 5-year strategic picture while also operating and shipping in the near term
• ▹Comfortable storytelling in front of a single customer, a packed room, an analyst or a board
• ▹Ability to attract talent and champion the people led

Nice to have

• ▹Deep fluency in Git and CI/CD tooling (e.g. Jenkins)
