Senior PEGA Developer

Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop, and implement end-to-end PEGA PRPC solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• ▹Contribute to web applications built on microservices and micro frontends
• ▹Integrate PEGA capabilities: BPM, business rules, NBO (Next Best Offer), NBA (Next Best Action)
• ▹Recommend optimal use of these capabilities within a unified cloud web portal
• ▹Refine functional specifications and translate them into technical designs together with Business and Technology teams
• ▹Develop and maintain applications following guardrails, patterns, and industry standards
• ▹Ensure enterprise standards for performance, scalability, observability, and security
• ▹Integrate PEGA with enterprise systems via REST, SOAP, JMS, and APIs
• ▹Resolve complex technical incidents in multi-application environments
• ▹Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers
• ▹Produce technical documentation (solution design, data mappings, deployment guides)
• ▹Work under an Agile (Scrum) methodology

Requirements

• ▹5+ years of proven experience designing, developing, and implementing PEGA applications
• ▹Solid PEGA PRPC experience: Case Management, Workflows, UI, Activities, Data Pages, Decision Rules
• ▹Mandatory PEGA 8.x experience
• ▹Experience integrating PEGA with external systems (REST, SOAP, JMS, APIs)
• ▹Experience on enterprise-scale client projects
• ▹Experience in complex environments and modern architectures
• ▹Analytical and problem-solving ability
• ▹Experience with Agile (Scrum) methodology
• ▹Excellent communication with technical and business teams
