Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and maintain the product roadmap based on stakeholder needs, business goals, and market insights
• ▹Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, stories, and acceptance criteria
• ▹Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, timely delivery, and smooth implementation
• ▹Understand and communicate the impact of APIs, middleware, and platform architecture on product capabilities and integration
• ▹Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical cost in collaboration with stakeholders
• ▹Gather and analyze user feedback and product performance to drive continuous improvement
• ▹Act as a strategic partner to sales, customer success, and market teams

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
• ▹Strong understanding and proven working experience with technical concepts such as APIs, integrations, middleware, and cloud-based platforms
• ▹Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams in Agile Scrum environments
• ▹Experience translating complex business needs into scalable product solutions
• ▹Comfortable navigating cross-functional conversations and leading without authority
• ▹Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• ▹Advanced English and Spanish required
