Workday Integration Analyst - Full remote Spain or Portugal

Responsibilities

• ▹Oversee and maintain the Workday integration landscape, ensuring stability and scalability
• ▹Design, build, and support integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB
• ▹Perform EIB loads and troubleshoot related issues
• ▹Develop and maintain XSLT transformations for data mapping and formatting
• ▹Build and manage API integrations (REST and SOAP) between Workday and third-party systems
• ▹Monitor integration performance, resolve errors, and implement enhancements
• ▹Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• ▹Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards

Requirements

• ▹Strong Workday Integrations experience, hands-on with Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, XSLT/XML transformations, and Workday API integrations (REST and SOAP)
• ▹Good understanding of Workday architecture, supporting integration design, data flows, security, reporting, and data quality across Workday domains
• ▹Problem-solving mindset, confident investigating integration issues, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable fixes
• ▹Strong communication skills toward HRIS, IT, business stakeholders, and external partners
• ▹International collaboration skills, working with stakeholders across different countries and time zones
