Operations Integrator

Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure application deployments for the COCA/DSMP team's portfolio
• ▹Perform operational integration of applications in transition/QA environments
• ▹Put applications into production (initial deployment, updates and fixes) in pre-production and production environments
• ▹Maintain the operational condition of the COCA/DSMP team's application portfolio

Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of experience as an IT production project lead, or similar experience in application integration and release management
• ▹Proficiency with application operations tools (scheduler, monitoring, backup)
• ▹Knowledge of ITIL processes (GDI, GDP, GDC, GMEP)
• ▹Experience with SCRUM or SAFE methodologies
• ▹Autonomous and dynamic, with strong writing skills
