C# & Oracle Developer

Responsibilities

• ▹Work on .NET C# WinForms/WPF (60%), Oracle PL/SQL (30%) and DevOps build/deployment (10%) in the Microsoft Apps practice
• ▹Work in a fully Agile team following Scrum ceremonies (retrospective, planning, review, daily standups)
• ▹Interact daily with business stakeholders
• ▹Deliver developments according to business constraints and priorities within the defined schedule
• ▹Ensure reliability, quality and security of software and compliance with internal development standards
• ▹Perform technical design and application development
• ▹Work autonomously on technical design under the team lead's direction
• ▹Ensure adherence to methodology and best practices, including code reviews
• ▹Provide technical support and assistance to the Product Owner/QA for testing

Requirements

• ▹Minimum 5 years of software development experience
• ▹Strong technical experience designing and developing C# .NET WinForms/WPF applications
• ▹Knowledge of software development processes and procedures
• ▹Expertise in Microsoft C# .NET, MS TFS (TFVC and Git) and MS Azure DevOps
• ▹Object-oriented design, WinForms, WPF
• ▹Good knowledge of SQL (preferably Oracle PL/SQL)
• ▹Oracle database programming with packages, triggers and PL/SQL procedures
• ▹WCF services and REST APIs
• ▹Agile methodology and DevOps practices
• ▹Azure DevOps Pipeline and Azure portal administration
• ▹Interest in cloud computing and application migration topics
