SOC Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Support a portfolio of clients to help them make the most of Advens' mySOC services
• ▹Co-pilot clients' cybersecurity strategy
• ▹Run the SecaaS service through appropriate governance (steering committee, technical committee, security committee, reporting, service reviews)
• ▹Facilitate delivery of security services with a business-oriented perspective
• ▹Adapt services as client needs evolve
• ▹Contribute to developing mySOC services and offerings
• ▹Example projects: running an outsourced SOC for hospital groups, defining a monitoring plan for an international agri-food group, leading an MDR service for major broadcasting companies, joining a client's cyber crisis unit, participating in incident reviews with a client's SecOps team

Requirements

• ▹Passion for shaping and supporting clients' cyber strategy day to day
• ▹Agile, comfortable juggling multiple clients across different sectors
• ▹Willing to visit clients occasionally to run security committees
• ▹General digital culture and curiosity about cybersecurity
• ▹Motivated by security and its challenges
• ▹Open to candidates from diverse backgrounds — skills, values and motivation matter more than diploma
