Requirements

• ▹Strong foundation in security testing across a variety of domains
• ▹Experience performing security assessments
• ▹Knowledge of common attack frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, etc.)
• ▹Familiarity with automation and custom tool development
• ▹Understanding of social engineering principles
• ▹2+ years of hands-on security testing experience
• ▹Relevant certifications (OSCP, CREST, etc.) are welcomed
• ▹Track record of finding and exploiting vulnerabilities
• ▹Experience writing detailed technical reports
• ▹History of responsible disclosure
• ▹Contributions to security tools or research
• ▹Evidence of continuous learning and skill development
• ▹Excellent written and verbal English (C1 for international applicants)
• ▹Creative problem-solving mindset
• ▹Strong documentation abilities
• ▹Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ▹Experience presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• ▹Professional client communication skills
