Responsibilities

• ▹Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights
• ▹Create and maintain reports, dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Google Sheets and other tools
• ▹Conduct KPI analysis to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement
• ▹Perform cohort analysis and customer profiling to understand patient behavior and trends
• ▹Oversee data warehouse migration projects to ensure smooth transitions
• ▹Oversee data warehouse implementation, ensuring data integrity and security
• ▹Implement data management best practices to maintain high data quality standards
• ▹Work with API integrations to ensure smooth data flow between systems
• ▹Manage and optimize data storage solutions, including BigQuery and MySQL
• ▹Collaborate with marketing, operations and IT teams to support their data needs
• ▹Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Requirements

• ▹Minimum one year of experience in a BI or Data Scientist role
• ▹Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• ▹Proficiency in MySQL for database management and queries
• ▹Advanced Google Sheets and MS Office skills
• ▹Knowledge of BigQuery for large-scale data analysis
• ▹Experience with API integrations and data exchange between systems
• ▹Strong data mining, statistics and reporting skills
• ▹Proficiency in product analytics, including user behavior and feature adoption analysis
• ▹Fluent Polish
• ▹English at a minimum B2 level
