ERP/SAP Program Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion
• ▹Ensure successful delivery of programs within budget, on time and to quality standards
• ▹Manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organizations
• ▹Develop and implement well-structured program delivery frameworks
• ▹Collaborate with IT, business and change management teams to ensure program success
• ▹Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Requirements

• ▹A broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving and resilience
• ▹10+ years of proven experience in client-facing consulting/contracting roles
• ▹Proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including large multi-country ECC and S/4HANA rollouts
• ▹Experience gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting and communicating data for a range of audiences
• ▹Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written/verbal communication in the country's official language (C2) and English (C2), with willingness to travel
• ▹Ability to lead teams preparing large proposals and program plans, leveraging differentiating consulting frameworks
• ▹Ability to articulate value-based propositions, own and review program financials and lead proposal presentations
• ▹Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources
• ▹Experience mentoring and coaching consulting resources
