Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Own product strategy and execution, transforming high-level vision into high-velocity development cycles in Linear
• ▹Proactively identify and define new product opportunities from player data, Web3 trends and competitive market shifts
• ▹Manage the product backlog with an ROI focus, keeping engineering and design resources on the highest-impact work
• ▹Act as the primary bridge between Design, Engineering and Marketing, aligning every launch with brand and technical standards
• ▹Use internal analytics and feedback tools to analyze feature performance and make fast, data-backed decisions
• ▹Oversee the definition of done, ensuring every update is polished, intuitive and meets performance and security standards
