Senior Business Intelligence Analyst (Contract)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead complex Business Intelligence projects from discovery through delivery with minimal supervision
• ▹Design, build and optimize Tableau dashboards used by senior leadership and Revenue Operations
• ▹Develop and maintain high-quality SQL models within Snowflake
• ▹Deliver executive reporting across pipeline, bookings, ARR, CARR, churn, expansion, forecasting and sales performance
• ▹Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into Shiftmove's GTM reporting ecosystem, accurately mapping data into the existing Snowflake and Tableau environment
• ▹Partner with Salesforce administrators and business stakeholders to ensure reporting accurately reflects commercial processes
• ▹Validate business rules, investigate data discrepancies and maintain trusted reporting
• ▹Document data models, business logic and reporting standards for long-term maintainability
• ▹Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, automation and self-service capabilities

Requirements

• ▹Experience designing and building Tableau dashboards
• ▹Experience with SQL modeling in Snowflake
• ▹Experience with Salesforce-based reporting
• ▹Experience with GTM/Revenue Operations reporting (pipeline, ARR, churn and similar metrics)
• ▹Experience validating business rules and ensuring data quality
