Senior SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager (Europe, remote)

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead cross-functional EMEA-wide project or program teams across the full project lifecycle
• ▹Own project planning, budgeting, execution and delivery per methodology and client expectations
• ▹Coordinate diverse EMEA teams for on-time, high-quality delivery
• ▹Drive completion of deliverables including plans, budgets, testing, implementation and BAU handover
• ▹Manage scope, schedule, quality, risks and issues
• ▹Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders in SuccessFactors-driven HR transformation projects
• ▹Resource projects effectively from initiation to completion balancing delivery needs and financial constraints

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
• ▹8+ years of international consulting experience in Human Capital Management (HCM)
• ▹5+ years managing a professional services team with responsibility for utilization, capacity planning and financials
• ▹4+ years leading SuccessFactors projects (Payroll and Time Management)
• ▹Consultant mindset and relationship-building at all organizational levels
• ▹Proven track record in project management and steering committee participation
• ▹Strong drive to deliver with minimal supervision
• ▹Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• ▹Consistent track record of exceeding quota and revenue goals
• ▹Fluent English, spoken and written
• ▹Experience selling professional services

Nice to have

• ▹Exposure to Workforce Scheduling implementation projects (WFM, UKG, Kronos or similar)
• ▹Project Management certification(s)
• ▹Fluent German, spoken and written
