Responsibilities

• ▹Participate in ERP system implementation projects in Poland and abroad
• ▹Support clients throughout all stages of deployment and ensure successful system adoption
• ▹Deliver user training sessions for the Epicor Kinetic ERP system
• ▹Create Business Intelligence reports supporting business analysis and decision-making
• ▹Modify and configure the Epicor Kinetic system using Low Code / No Code technologies (optional)

Requirements

• ▹Educational background in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• ▹Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly those supporting manufacturing processes
• ▹Good command of spoken and written English (B1/B2)

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics processes
• ▹Knowledge of relational databases and SQL queries
