Responsibilities

• ▹Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders
• ▹Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones
• ▹Identify and allocate resources (personnel, budget, technology)
• ▹Lead project teams, providing clear direction
• ▹Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• ▹Maintain project documentation (status reports, risk logs, change requests)
• ▹Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
• ▹Monitor and control project budgets
• ▹Coordinate testing, validation, and acceptance processes
• ▹Finalize project activities and document lessons learned

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
• ▹Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, successfully managing complex projects
• ▹Strong project management knowledge

Nice to have

• ▹Master's degree or PMP certification
