Working Student (m/f/d) AI Experimenter – LLM & Document Processing

Responsibilities

• ▹Design AI-powered workflows and integrate them into processes
• ▹Prompt engineering, variant testing and quality evaluation (output, hallucinations, stability)
• ▹Document processing (PDFs/forms) including OCR and extraction logic
• ▹Build, test and improve prototypes to a near-production level
• ▹Document results

Requirements

• ▹Ongoing university studies (e.g. computer science, data science, AI focus or business informatics)
• ▹Interest in LLMs, prompting, evaluation and data-driven work
• ▹Programming skills (Python/JavaScript) or very good data/scripting basics
• ▹Applications must be submitted in German, residence in Germany required
