Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities

• ▹Give workshops and training to users
• ▹Analyze business processes and customer needs, translating them into suitable solutions
• ▹Guide customers through interactive sessions, advising on application possibilities
• ▹Configure and set up applications, support testing (UAT)
• ▹Support users and administrators after implementation
• ▹Identify improvement opportunities and proactively advise the customer
• ▹Act as a link between business, IT, and other involved teams

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's (HBO) level education and mindset
• ▹3-5 years of relevant experience in software implementation or consulting
• ▹Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
• ▹Analytical and problem-solving thinking
• ▹Affinity for IT and business processes
• ▹Ability to work both independently and in a team
• ▹Good command of Dutch and English
• ▹Driver's license

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure, or interfaces
